Compassion Meditation & Practices
'Compassion allows us to accept that we are as we are and that trying to be any different is not only painful but a great dishonour to ourselves…’ It’s a space for ourselves, warts and all. It’s a curiosity about ourselves rather than a judgement or comparison to others, or to our cultural conditioning.

In Conversation with Sangha: Compassion & Disordered Eating
I asked the sangha of students who have continued meeting with me for our weekly Mindfulness session could I share our class: It features a talk on disordered eating by Linn Thorstensson as part of Disordered Eating Week. It was also International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day here in Ireland that week, so it seemed like a good idea to give voice and hear from the women in this group.
In Conversation with Peers: A Dream Interview with David
This interview was based on a presentation I gave to David a co-teacher on what Mindfulness was about for me at the time, which is not so different now, just continuously evolving like ourselves. Have a listen and draw your own conclusions
